They seem to be behind the times of innovation compared to other banking apps and the easy of access to information a person would wants. To add to that, they save all of your passwords and don't allow you to ever reuse and old password, along with forcing you to create a new one every 3-6 months. It's not only annoying, but also feels like a security issue if they were ever hacked.

the app is terrible I setup thumb print and it works then an hour later go to log in and check my balance needed my username and password ok I have it written down no problem now it won't let me log in at all it's been this way for months and it is incredibly frustrating having to go through all these steps to reset everything

so far not too bad, except whatever I want to transfer money from my account to another I have to remember my password... or many times I still have to sign in via text or the password again
