Ratings and reviews

your app is really buggy. downloading is super slow and after i downloaded 1 episode, the app just crashed. after opening again, i couldn't find the download so i had to stream. sometimes when streaming, it just pauses out of nowhere. I'd have to close the app and open again. and with the streaming, the screen still goes off while watching. i always have to tap the screen within 1 minute to keep the screen on. people pay to watch on your app but you can't even provide a decent stable app!!???

I updated this app to the newer version. Nice UI, but I think there are still some bugs to be fixed. I thought when the video is downloaded, it gives you an offline access just like YouTube but that isn't the case. Also, I noticed that when you loose internet connection for a while, the video stops playing and the controls just disappear(no pause button, no play button).

After downloading the app and in the process of signing up so I could also use the app , the feedback I got was that the data I provided for my registration was invalid. This made the app look useless to me because if afterall I cannot sign up or register then what's the essence of me downloading it, I don't know if I'm the only one facing this issue but then has to be resolved ASAP! if you're really looking up to extending your audience and market size.
