I feel like if they had an option for push notifications for when your machines are done, it would be such a better app. Getting my notifications through email when I check my emails every few hours don't really make sense. And if the developers were able to track how much time is left on the washers instead of just the dryers, that would be awesome. Other than that, the app is great!

Thank you for your feedback! Push notifications are in the pipeline to be added to the app in a future version. Please note that cycle time remaining is only available on certain machine models. If you could email us at apps@laundrycard.com, we will investigate whether your preferred store has that capability.

There's a lot to like about the app and a lot to dislike. I've been trying to figure out how to add money to my account since the cash kiosk is locked up due to the office being closed for the pandemic. I don't see an option on the app. Now I'm associated with a location in Tennessee and I live in Pennsylvania. There's no option to reset so that's a bummer. I also can't tell the app what my credit card number is or allow it to attach to a card session so it can associate it with my account and get notifications. I saw push was in the works. I have yet to start a unit with a bar code. I would also like the ability to automatically start in the building I'm at and only go out to locations if I choose to. The little heart does nothing, it's a decoration. I doubt I will since it would be a real hassle to go to another building to do laundry. It would also be nice for it to auto-refresh status once in a while. You can manually do it but it doesn't seem to do it automatically. The good is that it is easy to use even if the features are lacking. It does notify you via email. It does show you a balance.

When I first installed the app it was working great. I just got a new phone and the machine activity display is askew. Showing every even numbered machine (102, 104, 106) and not the odd numbers. And some text superimposed. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but didn't help. Cannot figure out how to correct. Any suggestions?
