About Fassion Map
Fassion Map is a one-man creative company recognized by the Small and Medium Business Administration and offers an application providing an instant view on style. Fassion Map is a compound word of fashion+passion and means that a photo with passion for fashion is to be shown on the map.
The main 4 functionalities of Fassion Map app
1. Service for tagging fashion photo store information on the map
● The user uploads the photo to be put on the map by linking the tag of the user’s location
l When tagged on the map, the tags are distinguished per administrative district so that the fashion style per region can be viewed
l Two types are displayed on the map: tag(spatial data) type and ranking list in the order of no.of “likes”
l A certain amount of points are given to users who give “likes” and receive them.
l A crowd sourcing service in which , if the no.of “likes” exceeds 1000, a contract is signed with the owner of the photo and the product being held on the photo is sold and a part of the generated revenues shared with the photo’s author.
l If the no.of “likes” exceeds 1000, an opportunity for an audition on entertainment agency or model agency is provided.
2. Offline store information and sales service
l When shopping at a specific region, the location and product information of the relevant offline store are provided while checking the store’s friendlines
l Products of offline stores can be purchased online using the Fassion Map app.
3. Location based recommended shopping course
● Now fashion is not just confined to fashion itself but recognized as a lifestyle
● Tags are left on the map according to the user’s mainly used shopping course and recommended to other users.
● The areas where the shopping courses of many users intersect are connected by a line and recommended to user
● For example,when shopping with the girlfriend at Gangnam station, the clothes shops,cafes and restaurants one visits can be displayed on the map sequentiually and photos and articles attached on each location for easy information sharing with other users
● Recommends best shopping course by analyzing user’s pattern and recommendation order
● Products are exposed on online and offline shopping malls for a certain amout per click and month
● Differentiates from Kakjaostyle, a similar service, in that, while Kakaostyle can be only shared on Kakaotalk and Kakaostyle, the Fassionmap app can be stored on Facebook and Google Plus.
● Not confined to online shopping malls but also provides together the products of offline stores
● Points accumulated through “likes” can be used upon product purchase
● Recommends professional codi according to weather,popular person and situation.
● The product picture of the affiliated company exposed on the app’s bottom is changed according to the weather conditions.
● If each shopping mall provides a photo suitable to that day’s weather, the app exposes it to the users in a suitable way
● Information suitable to each situation such as date,wedding,interview,airport fashion etc. is provided.
● The celebrity star provides the newest fashion photo of the celebrity desired by the user as well as purchase location information.
● The professional codi star provides a paid service in which a professional recommends a codi under affiliation with professional coordinators or performs joint shopping.
4) Preferred item voting
● When accessing the app, two similar items are shown on popup windows to select the preferred item.
● By analyzing consumer tendency data for which item is preferred by age,workplace,gender and region to generate big data for sale to textile companies.
