Waited almost 2 hours for my food in Erbil. The restaurant claimed it was picked up 20 minutes after ordering. Support kept me waiting 30 minutes, then lied about trying to contact me. I had my phone the whole time, no calls or messages. After all that, they cancelled my order. At night most restaurants are closed, so I was left with nothing. Terrible service, dishonest staff. Don’t waste your time on this app.

Very bad customer support, the restaurants cancel or delay accepting the orders. They ignore the request to cancel the order. Only the restaurants have the right to cancel.

This app is good overall, but it has several glitches. If you try to order a taxi it won't let you pay with card or online payment. it defaults to cash only.
