simple, easy to use
First time I rate an app 5 stars, this one deserves it. For years I struggled with connecting food intake with gain weight next to regular exercise. This app helped me loose weight after a week with little effort as I realized I ate more than necessary and the time of eating shows different results irrespective of the calories. Easy handling, fast routine input, lots of existing food brands available, practical charts, it has it all. Don't change a thing!!
I'd give it a 5 star if it stopped dropping out and it synced between my phone and iPad better. Eg up to date on phone but iPad still hasn't synced from last night. Msg all the time "Network timed out". Have to keep retrying to add food then it adds it twice an hour later. Tell me how to fix that and 5 out of 5. Love being able to add my own recipes and foods too.
Simply great Have used this app to track my macros for the last few years and absolutely love it! I tried My Fitness Pal, My Net Diary and didn't care for the format and layout and continue to recommended this to my clients. You have the ability to track fiber (the earlier versions you couldn't) and I like being able to add my own home cooked items.
I changed my review from 3 to 5 stars. I was missing the feature to add your own food, but have now found it. I expected to get an option to add new food when scanning a barcode and no entry in the database was found, which I would like to be there. Instead you need to go to the bottom of a manual food search. Otherwise, a terrific app, with far more features and detail than any other free app that I have seen so far. Thank you so much for your efforts!
Love it but ... I've been using this app for years now and just love it. I also have used MyFitnessPal, Weight Watchers & others (on Web, ios & android versions) and still love this one the best. My only wish is that it had more connectivity to other apps and fit trackers. This is the only thing keeping it from 5-stars for me.
This update greatly improves the functionality of the diet weight tracker.
