It be nice if there was more stuff for moms. I spend my days carrying and chasing a toddler. I love the fact that it helps keep track of my breastfeeding calories since I have been using the app for 1 year and a half. Be nice to see some mom stuff though like play with kids, push strollers that way I would know exactly how many calories I burn per day and I might not feel as lazy since being a mom seems to burn extra calories. Just letting you know as it be the perfect app though. Like I said though love it and will continue to use.
Ok, I've been using this for a few minutes the now and it's pretty good but there is a couple simple improvements that would make the app great. First of all, for saved meals please please please add in a per servings diaglog that divides out everything you put in for that meal. I know I'm not the only who makes large meals and portions it out. Secondly please make so you can choose net carbs instead of carbs for macros. I'm doing keto and net carbs is the only thing that matters. Definitely 5 star worthy if these get added.
I'm crazily in love with this app. But one thing is quite confusing. The food measurements. Are there in grams?? I searched for 'jollof rice' and it listed the calories in 1 cup of jollof rice. Is that cup a 100gram??
Trying to get used to the new updates. I haven't quite figured things out yet. I think the older version was easier to work.
This is a good diet and exercise tracker. The interface is smooth and easy to use. The food database is large, although I have found some items that it doesn't have. One thing that could be added is a step tracker so that the RDI calculation could be more informed.
Is it possible to define custom meals other than the existing Breakfast, lunch, diner ... ? I would like to add 6 to 8 meal periods.
