Great Diet Tracker Very good food database. Easy to add your own home prepared foods. Don't know if it will link to my activity tracker yet for exercise stats. Very easy manual weight entry.
Improving very well Decided to give this another look after uninstalling a very old version months ago and I am pleasantly surprised. Has added a lot of features to the app that are very good for personal training use managing daily schedules with different calorie goals. Another bonus is not being spammed with "upgrade now!" notifications which is appreciated.
Great App Would be 5 stars if you could modify the meals column and needs water intake.
Works wonders! Perfect! It's amazing how by just controlling what you eat and the amounts and proportions of macro-nutrients, you can actually lose weight without really stop eating what you like.

Love FatSecret I absolutely love FatSecret app. I love the way it tracks the nutrients that i intake everyday. It tracks the sugar, carbs, fats, and proteins for each day. It amazes me when i diary my food at each meal the selection of all foods are in the food list. If not it is a very simple step to enter it. I also look forward to enter each meal in my food dairy keeps me honest. If you need to eat in a restaurant it also has a list of most popular chains and list their foods to help you make a decision on what to eat.
