USAGE

Meteor Swipe was originally inspired by the Ubuntu phone OS and it is now one of the best sidebar apps available for Android. Create multiple sidebars for your most used apps and favorite contacts. Customize to your style using the different themes available (new themes still being added). Access your widgets from anywhere using the floating widgets feature.

HELP
- The app doesn't do anything after enabling, why?
Some Android variations like MIUI and Flyme OS might require you to manually grant a permission to use floating windows. Please try to open the app info in the system preferences and then look for a disabled option/permission that might be related with floating windows.

- Why can't i dismiss the app notification?
The persistent notification helps to keep the service running in the background and it's highly recommended. On most devices it can be hidden in the app info from Android settings.

PERMISSIONS
The app requires very few permissions.
Phone permission - It's required only for direct dial shortcuts and will not be used for anything else.

Ratings and reviews

I really like this app, it offers great functionality as a sidebar for themes that don't display all apps on the homescreen or just for quick access to your favorite apps. One thing I would like to see is more bug fixes and more themes. It would be nice to see a minamilistic matte dark or night mode style themes. Thanks for the great app. Works really well with the Niagra launcher.

This so is less than a shadow of what it used to be. Unless you pay for the full version. In that case, it can very positively change the way you used your Android device. The only problem is that most of what this otherwise beautiful so requires you to pay for the full version. In my useless opinion, it could and should allow more in the free version.

The the concept is pretty cool , to access more features with ease, but lack many features which gives other edge apps like browser links, whatsapp chat shortcuts, clipboard, music, whether etc. The developer is no more active in case of updates which is the most important thing . If developer is again active then i request to him to update regularly and add these features , make this app more friendly , minimalist and fast.(deserve 5 🌟 if u come back) Thank you
