do not like the new update! does not update balance like the old one did when you deposit a check so now you have to call to transfer and it puts your account negative til that check hard posts which could be 1-4 days depending on when you deposit it. should have just fixed the glitches from the old one and not change everything!

I do think that the app has improved over what it was, but honestly, my Chime account was much more user friendly. I would get daily text messages of my account balances and had mobile check deposit which I depended on. Bankers hours have been a lot to conform to when Chime allowed me to use Kwik Shop and Walgreens for my Banking needs. It's fine for what it is but I know it could be so much better.

Definitely not as easy as the previous app. And a heads up on the changes would have been appreciated.
