About this app

My Alfa Connect offers you a broad range of services so that you can stay connected to your vehicle, bringing your digital world on board. Once you get connected, you won't want to be without them!

My Alfa Connect can be activated on the following Alfa Romeo vehicles:
• Alfa Romeo Giulia from Model Year 20 and later
• Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Model Year 20 and later
• Alfa Romeo Tonale from Model Year 22 and later

The Alfa Connect Services can be used via the My Alfa Connect mobile app and some features are also available on compatible smartwatches, including WearOS, Apple Watch and others.
Below is a list of the packages with services already available and other services that are on the way: we are working hard to add new features and improve those already available.

My Assistant
My Assistant is the package of connected services designed to offer you 24/7 assistance through features such as: SOS/Help Call, Roadside Assistance Call, Customer Care and Vehicle Health Report.

My Remote
My Remote is the package of connected services designed for remote vehicle management, thanks to a wide range of services such as: Remote Operations, Drive Alerts and Vehicle Finder.

My Car
My Car is the package of connected services designed to provide vehicle health updates, thanks to services such as: Vehicle Info and Vehicle Health Alert.

My Navigation
My Navigation is the package of connected services designed to take advantage of the latest satellite navigation services, enhanced by connectivity features: Send & Go, POI Search and Last Mile Navigation.

My Alert
My Alert is the optional package designed to protect your vehicle, thanks to services such as: Theft Alarm Notification and Stolen Vehicle Assistance.

Mobility Services and Owners
In this section you can access partner offers and connect directly to web portals dedicated to managing and maintaining your vehicle.

Activating Alfa Connect Services is very simple. After purchasing the vehicle, the customer receives an email to complete the registration of their account on the web portal and activate the connected services available for the purchased vehicle. Once the customer has completed their account registration and service activation, the system will activate all the services and send them a confirmation email. Now you can enjoy Alfa Connect Services!

The compatibility of the available services and features may vary depending on the vehicle model, the infotainment system installed in the vehicle and the country in which the vehicle is sold. More information is available on the website dedicated to your vehicle and in the customer area.

Service Scheduling
Choose your preferred dealership, pick an available timeslot and book an appointment from the app. It's that easy!

For all new vehicles equipped with a telematics box and ordered from 1 May 2023 onwards, My Assistant is included in the Connect ONE pack, the price of which is included in the vehicle price. My Remote, My Car, My Navigation and My eCharge have become Connect PLUS, which needs a specific customer subscription. Connect PLUS is available and included in the vehicle price for a period of 36 months from the warranty start date. After this period, Connect PLUS will be available as a paid service. My Alert and My Wi-Fi are unchanged.y Wi-Fi services remain optional and require additional subscription.
