I was very sad... with my carrier, not the app! My Samsung galaxy didn't have auto-focus that met the standards for mobile banking, so it was the phones fault, not really western bank.. But when I called it to talk to a 'tech' about it, they worked it out amazingly well! Plus, my new android tablet will work! Helped me go through the process and yes, mobile banking with check deposit is up and running! Now I can do business! Thanks Manuel, I appreciate your help!
