Ratings and reviews

Way too many notifications, and no way to lessen them. Customer svc was decent, but couldn't help me. Costly! For as expensive as this feeder was, seems like the app features should be cheaper. I have another feeder for half the price that gives a ton of free features. I do not recommend purchasing a FeatherSnap product.

Catches clear pictures, but doesn't ID any birds. You have to know the bird is and tag it. Videos aren't standard like on my other app, you have to request the video, if you're lucky it will be sent for you to watch. Also my other app IDs the bird for you. I only got this one for the hummingbird feeder and tbh the only "pro" for this app is the clear pictures. Spend a little more for a camera that does more for you and actually uses that AI. I'll be canceling my subscription.

The problem with the videos has GOT to be Fixed!!! My last 5 videos failed and now it feels almost pointless to try. The app and camera lose HALF the point of you can't even get your videos!!! Please FIX THIS!!! I have turned off and on the camera, I have forced stop on the app I have done everything anyone has suggested and it is just getting worse!!!
