Disappointed with app and camera! Firmware update says it "can take up to 30 min" 3 hours later update still not finished. Can't delete photos w/o paying monthly. Horrible lag, often have to wait 2 minutes for live video feed to open. Open the app to see a notification, wait for the PAY US page to pop up and close it before viewing your snaps. The solar panel doesn't keep the camera charged. There's other feeders that have better apps, that don't have basic features hidden behined pay walls.

Loving the new Feathersnap app! The app provides awesome up-close pictures (snaps) of birds. The AI-powered bird identification feature makes it easy to learn about different species. One of the most exciting aspects is capturing snaps of not only individual birds but also their companions, as well as discovering new and unexpected birds in the area! This app is perfect for bird watchers, feeders, or anyone looking for entertainment through bird watching. Highly recommend!

I cannot get that stupid firmware. Update to work on my camera. It gets all but done, then says it's disconnected, yet. The signal aint changing It's in the same spot, right? I'm not happy now
