Worst delivery app It keeps asking me questions about phone numbers I never had, about people that I don't know but I have to say I know them, and to tell them who was the person that lived in my apartment before me how would I know. And lastly about relatives that don't even live in the USA and they say they live in the US and they don't.
LATEST UPDATE REALLY BAD😬 The feature that I liked the best has disappeared. I have to login each and every time I open the app. I may as well go to the main site. Ordinarily my FedEx app is wonderful. Lost 3* because of the inconvenience and frustration. 2* KAS
Problems creating an account I thought it was cool that FedEx recognized a tracking number that I had copied to my clipboard right away, but I couldn't schedule my delivery without having an account. When I tried to create one, my credit card number kept getting rejected even though there's plenty of money in my bank account and I definitely typed the number right. My fiance thinks it's because it's a debit card.
The app finally aught up to UPS and USPS allowing scanning of Barcode instead of manually imputting them. Good job!
Very limited features What's the point in getting this app if it'll forward you to their website for most tasks... Useless; deleting app now...
Login App keeps signing you out. It is quite annoying having to enter info at every use!
