Create a domestic and international shipping label, track shipment status and manage your packages wherever you are with the FedEx Mobile app. Use the app to get quick rates, find a pickup or drop off location, scan bar codes, and view rewards. Enroll in FedEx Delivery Manager® to customize when and where you’d like to receive your packages.

Information Is Inaccurate. What is seen in the app, on a desktop, and customer service does not match for tracking. I had a package to be delivered to a p/u location, but it never updated as ready for p/u and was eventually set up to be sent back to the sender. The p/u location did not have the item either and multiple calls to customer service insisted I was at fault for not picking it up. This was months ago, but it's doing it again. Sometimes fedex is the only option so this is terrible.

Hangs the first time I open the app after it's been closed for a while, requires that I close the app and reopen it to get past the "loading screen." Even then it still takes 10+ seconds to load the main view. Most functionality doesn't work but changes are synced if you work in the webapp instead. Nice to see all my shipments in one spot but that's about all the functionality here. Overall, an embarrassingly bad release that needs serious work.
