I only use this app to track packages. I only have two complaints so far. 1.) I have to open the app then close it then reopen it for my packages to show up. 2.) The delivery driver left my packages on the walkway instead of the door or my car (I was home at the time) not even a knock on the door. The walkway was wet because my yard holds water and it recently rained so I'm lucky I seen it before the package soaked the water up.
Impossible to sign up. Don't waste your time. The app wanted to know what year my house was built, the names of previous residents from over 40 years ago, it wanted me to verify a phone number that belonged to me 20 years ago, and several other weird things. I answered the questions, but it said my answers were incorrect... Sorry FedEx, but your validation process is too creepy, and it doesn't work. I'm not sure what other functionality the app has, or whether or not it works since I was unable to sign up in the app.
The app is impossible to log into. Verification process is broken and without it you can only track packages by number. No delivery options or hold instructions. FedEx, you're better than this! I received my MBA with several (5) of your senior managers at the University of Tennessee. As a Vol, I would be ASHAMED to have this app representing my company.
Was a great app, but recent updates have made it so you now have to log in every time you open the app. TERRIBLE idea for a mobile app. Since there have been updates since this appeared, I'm assuming they're not "fixing" this feature. Rolling this sort of feature out near the end of the year is an even worse idea. Srsly?! Trying to track holiday packages here, FedEx! You're not making it any easier.
The app is working better thank you. I have to question the usefulness of FedEx delivery manager when the driver ignores the instructions and then "misrepresents" that I was not home and door tag #, no tag found. Of course that has nothing to do with the app. 4* KAS
Fedex is by far the worst shipping company in the country. They totally LOST one of my packages. Then they took four days over the estimate to deliver the next one. Then after that their driver refused to come down my road and made me drive to meet her. And now here I am again, waiting for this lousy shipping service to deliver another LATE package. This time I payed for two day shipping and it has been five days. The WORST!
