Create a domestic and international shipping label, track shipment status and manage your packages wherever you are with the FedEx Mobile app. Use the app to get quick rates, find a pickup or drop off location, scan bar codes, and view rewards. Enroll in FedEx Delivery ManagerĀ® to customize when and where you wish to receive your packages.

this app kinda sucks a bit tbh. It takes forever to load a page, and then when I go into try to edit things I can't save it. it's always (and it's in everything) telling me there was an error or something and I can't save it try again later or something. also I think you should be able to track your package a bit better. like if I were to try to talk to that little AI guy / girl or sending a text looking for updates on your package, it should tell me where it is currently.

And now made to stop working entirely..... Poorly designed. So poorly organized They advertise features in unrelated locations and menus, but you can't click the ad to get to the feature. The delivery man was given 3-yr old stale delivery notes to deliver to the neighbors, i had no idea, and no access to change. When the truck arrived, not a single notification, millions of little options per delivery to make that confusing. No idea why nothing ever shows up in tracking on the "To Me" tab.

Each time the app is closed, it logs you out. When you log back in and enable biometric login, biometric login is not available the next time you're prompted to log in. When one does login, tracking information is empty even if you have incoming packages until you pull down to refresh view. Each time I log in, I'm prompted to sign up for delivery manager which I am already signed up for. If you continue that process, it errors, stating that it is already set up for that address.
