this app kinda sucks a bit tbh. It takes forever to load a page, and then when I go into try to edit things I can't save it. it's always (and it's in everything) telling me there was an error or something and I can't save it try again later or something. also I think you should be able to track your package a bit better. like if I were to try to talk to that little AI guy / girl or sending a text looking for updates on your package, it should tell me where it is currently.

And now made to stop working entirely..... Poorly designed. So poorly organized They advertise features in unrelated locations and menus, but you can't click the ad to get to the feature. The delivery man was given 3-yr old stale delivery notes to deliver to the neighbors, i had no idea, and no access to change. When the truck arrived, not a single notification, millions of little options per delivery to make that confusing. No idea why nothing ever shows up in tracking on the "To Me" tab.

New update and still beyond useless. Did you fix ANYTHING, FedEx? Everytime I login, it wants me to enter my address (not email, my mailing/ship-to address), even though it's already in my account. Enable biometrics, the app doesn't retain that. The app always reports "something went wrong", then give it 5 or so seconds, it'll catch-up. Close the app and no more notifications. You'll do better creating your account on the web and enabling SMS or email notifications rather than using this app.
