And now made to stop working entirely..... Poorly designed. So poorly organized They advertise features in unrelated locations and menus, but you can't click the ad to get to the feature. The delivery man was given 3-yr old stale delivery notes to deliver to the neighbors, i had no idea, and no access to change. When the truck arrived, not a single notification, millions of little options per delivery to make that confusing. No idea why nothing ever shows up in tracking on the "To Me" tab.

FedEx has been generally reliable over the years I have used them. However this app - used only for tracking - is as bad as the many negative reviews say. It crashes, it is slow, navigation is inconsistent, and notifications are erratic - when they even work at all which is rarely. There are no capabilities in app that are not available online through a browser. Avoid the aggravation of this app and just track online. You will need to log in, a simple and free process.

Utterly useless. After responding 'yes' to enable biometric authorization, you go to a totally unrelated delivery manager sign up page. Choose 'continue,' and I'm told an account already exists with my info, never enabling biometric authentication. The shipment tracking screen always shows "looks like you don't have any shipments" when I know I do. Click the button, and the shipment log flashes visible then disappears. Total waste of time.
