Ratings and reviews

They are explaining everything in very clear and engaging manner. The courses are made partly as short videos partly as short articles (it's very easy going). They also have live Q&A sessions (which are always recorded, so if you miss you can catch on it). They civer different topics such as personal finances, how to start your business and a lot on investing.The app has also PlayInvest, which give a better overview on investing if you are new to it.

EDIT: I promptly received a reply to my email and a full refund. a friend told me about this app so I wanted to see what it was like. I downloaded it and saw a 7 day free trial so thought great, I'll sign up and see if this is for me. once I signed up PayPal emailed to show a charge of £179 so I canceled the subscription immediately. 3 days later I have been charged! I'm waiting for a response to my email about a refund as I had this subscription for no longer than 2 minutes.

The concept is great and the content of the site is excellent. However, the app is not. I can't join a live broadcast by clicking on the notification, it takes me to a web page that is difficult to navigate on a phone screen. It would be better if you could watch the lives straight from the app. Also, it asks for access to my pictures every time the app starts. I'm not sure why the app needs access to my gallery, or how to stop the pop up from happening every time I log in.
