Ratings and reviews

This game is great and runs perfectly, but I would really like if the pause button would remain active during enemy turns-- If you aren't in ironman mode it would be great to be able to load when it's looking dire. I had a situation where I lost control of my remaining soldiers, had to watch 2-3 turns of getting myself killed with no chance to recover, then had to wait for all the cutscenes and continue through the mission failed screen before going back to my previous save. Please change this!

Changed phone and had to buy the game again. Battles are too inconsistent when it comes to your soldiers skills. When you tactical positioning is "too" good the enemy becomes suddenly very accurate at long range. Your soldiers get the equivalent of PTSD too easily and during battle the bonds are a weakness. Almost wondered if the results of a battle are not predetermined. Uninstalled the game. Too bad because it was one of the best turn-based strategy game. Ciao!

Overall an impressively complete port of a great AAA game. Although not a deal breaker, there's a few technical issues with the game. I run into a crash every 2-3 hours of gameplay (Samsung S22) which can be annoying. The game also predictably eats up a lot of CPU. Performance takes a huge hit if you have apps running in the background. Other than that it's a great port with no microtransactions, and I hope it sets a precedent for similar ports by other publishers in the future.
