Very quick, efficient and pain free. I reluctantly had to cancel a trip due to an airline cancelling my flight, thus I'd not make the connection. The upcoming trip was not showing on my 'trips' page even though I had email confirmation of ticket payment. But this was soon rectified and the cancellation made with the understandable small fee. Well worth it to remove the stress and headache. The service was excellent.

A really useful app that saves a lot of time getting tickets manually plus really easy to use. Had a slight issue with an open ticket but it was resolved quickly and effectively, good customer service.

This app is the answer to all my prayers. Its great for planning, booking, midifying your bookings and even tracking your ship. Finally, sea faring has left the dark ages. We can explore the world again.
