The app is OK though not super configurable. You can't remove signature requirements for one package; only all. Tapping notifications does not open the app. Emails don't display right in Gmail app. The service is less than average. Multiple times when scheduled delivery window is suddenly unavailable (and automatically changes). Delivery windows are 3 hours (too long)! Takes longer to get my packages than if Amazon just delivered them. Only really good for vacation holds, IMO.

App is great... when it works. Over half the time when I open it, it's just a blank blue screen. When it does work, it's easy to navigate and convenient. Has everything you need to do in a user friendly, intuitive layout and loads quickly. When it doesn't, it's obviously useless. I've missed several packages overnight that I could've gotten the day before if the stupid thing would just work. IF startup always worked, 5 stars

Not a fan of using this service at all, the app is buggy at the best of times and down right useless most other times. Logs me out when I have it set to keep me logged in, doesn't show me what is being delivered, doesn't allow me to even try to select different delivery times. The service itself is absolute trash and I wish my apartment complex would stop using them. There are other reviews on here describing adding an extra step that complicates things exponentially and they are not wrong.
