Receipt processing needs to be much faster. When I heard that Kraft-Heinz had a rewards I was so excited. I would like to refer people but sadly I can't until the receipt processing get faster. I currently have a few receipts that are still processing that date as far back as March 7. I understand that there has been an enormous influx of new users but if you plan to keep people using and referring others to use the app, much faster processing of receipts needs to happen fast. I would delete the app but I would like to get the points I have coming to me.
I absolutely love this app!!! I've gotten tons of points already. And there has been times when I don't get my points like in should so I send a email to customer service and they look at my receipt again and BAM!!! I get the points I should. This app rocks!!!! Great job!! I feel the need to update my review. I have finally got all my 9 receipts pending completed!!! I'm very happy with this. Got all my points. Great job. And thank you for finding all my receipts and completing them. I greatly appreciate it. I have the need to update my review. I haven't gotten any of my bonus points for all my receipts I've scanned for the month of March. I should have at least 800 points coming my way. And I've gotten absolutely nothing. Just empty promises. I also like to know why my reciept on the 1st and two on the 7th haven't been processed yet? But the reciepts I've submitted on the 14th and 15th have gone through? I would think you would process my past reciepts before you do the current ones.
Very disappointed. I really wanted to like this app but not only is it snail slow at giving you points they also miss a TON of my items on most receipts. Super frustrating! And now customer service is so backed up they can't even answer customers email inquiries. Not worth the time and hassle one bit.
Terrible startup app. You scan grocery receipts to get rewards from sponsoring companies. It appears they are overwhelmed with their app and can't handle this. I still have unprocessed receipts from over a month ago, and I recently had a receipt rejected because they claimed I had no sponsor products. Had they looked properly the have seen I did. They obviously rush through the screening due to the high volume they can't handle. I have never written a review like this, but felt compelled to relay my dissatisfaction.
