Unprofessional! I already have the ETC app which works perfectly. I had one of few banks that works with utag go- turns out it was pending approval for months. online customer care said someone will call. they called and said they need to call the bank. I get a random call on a Saturday morn from a 09 number where they ask me to call out my credit card number?? I am not stupid so I declined. not to mention being stuck in a parking while pregnant and queues of cars building behind me. stressful!!
