Unprepared drivers. Ineffective customer service. I installed Fetii after seeing a van when I was leaving a concert. I installed and requested a ride. A few minutes later the driver calls me saying that he didn't know how to get to me and recommended me to cancel the ride. Fetii charged me a cancellation fee. I contacted customer service to refund the fee, since this was a request from the driver, but they are not responding.

I user their service a couple of weeks ago. I was charged around eight times the advertised fare for my ride since they decided to add 'small' additional fees for minimum ridership, which I was not made aware of when booking or boarding the ride. When I raised a ticket about this (there's no real-time support), I was told I would be given a refund. It's been two weeks now with no refund and no reply either from them upon further enquiry. Does not give me confidence to use their service again.

I scheduled a round trip ride for a group of 15 people, I made it very clear we had 15 people and needed a ride with 15 seats. On the return trip the van showed up with 11 seats, when I disputed this the driver said it's not his problem he just drives and I should talk to corporate - except there's no way to contact corporate currently. 4 people were left stranded in a remote area, absolutely unacceptable. Customer service has refused any sort of refund. Horrible company, don't use.
