I user their service a couple of weeks ago. I was charged around eight times the advertised fare for my ride since they decided to add 'small' additional fees for minimum ridership, which I was not made aware of when booking or boarding the ride. When I raised a ticket about this (there's no real-time support), I was told I would be given a refund. It's been two weeks now with no refund and no reply either from them upon further enquiry. Does not give me confidence to use their service again.

User beware - we prepaid for a Fetii to drive us out in the morning and back in the afternoon, we make it there no problem. Have a great time, then we're informed 30 minutes before our pickup that the Fetii did not want to pick us up and offered a refund! Great, appreciate the refund... but now we need to plan transportation for 11 people after a day of outdoor activities, everyone is tired and frustrated 3 Ubers later we make it home. Will not use again.

I received a 50% discount for my rides. I assumed this was for the entire van, so I paid for my entire group, but apparently, it was for only my ticket. I learned this when I saw the charges on my account. I asked their customer support why I was charged full price and they told me its for 1 ticket. They don't explicitly say this on their site. I wrote back to request a 50% refund due to their misleading policies. It's been four days since I messaged and I haven't received a reply.
