The APP itself works the issue is their ticket policy, it's too rigid and no space for understanding. You have to buy tickets for time slots. I bought 6 tickets, because life happens 1 person is going to be 10 - 15 mins late. I asked if it's possible to move our time to a time slot that would allow my friend to attend. Their policy will not allow any changes. My guess is that they want people to buy the upgraded tickets that do not have time restrictions. Be wary when picking time slots.

Horrible experience! I ordered 3 tickets for the Royal Canadian Circus - Newmarket 3 days ahead of the performance. When I checked the event one day later, the ticket price dropped 10 dollars. Because I purchased the tickets one day earlier, I paid 30 dollars more in total. Moreover, fever app's refunding process is like a scam, because it cannot refund fully to the original payment method. It can only issue a voucher refund that can only be used once on fever app. Horrible experience!

I accidentally bought tickets for the wrong date and contacted support multiple days before the performance I actually wanted to attend. Fever confirmed my tickets were never scanned or used, but refused to exchange them even though seats were still available, citing company policy. Honest mistakes happen, and I was disappointed that no customer service discretion was shown.
