Ratings and reviews

The most appalling customer service ever. They don't answer your questions properly, say they'll get back to you and don't and when things get complicated, they just ghost you on the live chat. We requested a refund, due to change of schedules, as the event website said this was allowed, only to be denied the refund for no reason. When they then gave us vouchers to change dates, they didn't include the parking pass we paid for and claimed it had been refunded when it hadn't been. Cash snatchers!

Very poor support. I bought an extra ticket by mistake and asked to return/ refund it. As a result they cancelled (their mistake) all my tickets, which I learned about on the day at the door. I had to purchase new tickets. The worse thing was they refused to refund the tickets they cancelled claiming it was a change done by me. The support was automated and it was impossible for them to engage with the substance of the problem their created. They kept sending me generic, templates responses. 😞

Will not be using this app again and don't recommend. Purchased tickets to an event to bring my child and needed to change the time. In the email confirmation, I could change the time but it kept saying I needed to pay more even though it was the same price. I contacted CS and said they'd have someone contact me. The response was they cannot change it. When clicked the same link to change the time again it was blocked! I contacted them again and got the same automated response. utter trash
