Updated: Cancelled tickets due to "Technical Error" no refund, just coupons for a sold out show... Now what? Nice follow up, why don't you leave a useful phone number instead, I've called your posted one 6 times, everything you request follow ups through email, and refuse to follow up with a phone call. Your proposed solution now is "Send us an email". Wow.
