I bought tickets for a concert and the day after, there was a discount 20%. I asked for the difference since the promotion happened few hours later and it was rejected. As a new customer, I find it frustrating to miss out on the discount shortly after purchasing at full price. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied, and I don’t think I’ll be returning to the app anymore. I hope you can reconsider or offer an alternative solution. Thank you for your attention.

I booked tickets for a show. Wanted to buy another ticket at a later stage but the app is not allowing me to insert my banking details. I've emailed back and forth with Fever and it feels like I'm being given an automated, generic response with none of the suggestions fixing the problem. Then they start giving me the same suggestions when I said it's not working. So frustrating and still no solution!

Great deals but be careful! Some of the things you buy have "expiration dates" which are found NO WHERE on the ticket and you don't realize it until it's "expired". Thankfully the company was nice and let me make my appointment anyway but the Fever rep was not helpful at all. Despite that, all the discounts are wonderful!
