We arrived at the event and were told it was cheaper to get tickets online. it was but only because the in person ticket prices were higher and still had fees. So we bought tickets online in front of the person. (How stupid is that!) Buying the tickets online was extremely frustrating as you also had to download and sign up for an app all to be able to scan the tickets. I immediately deleted the app after the event because it is useless to me.

completely garbage app. I tried it because I got emailed a a code for half off a movie ticket, but when I actually used it the code said it was approved and then the charge on my card was full price. I talked to the chat immediately, and was told there was nothing they could do. they couldn't refund part of my money, they couldn't refund the ticket. let me redo it with the proper coupon code attached and they wouldn't accept anything else. So there's no point

very bad experience with fever this time. This time they cancelled my tickets, 2 days ahead, made me download to the app to access the vouchers which doesn't even make up for the replacement tickets. Signed up for pre-sale for Balloon Story and the vouchers doesn't make up for the difference of the tickets, and no way I'm paying more booking fees due to cancellation by the organizer. I was also charged without approval while checking out the price of the new dates. very disappointed.
