very bad experience with fever this time. This time they cancelled my tickets, 2 days ahead, made me download to the app to access the vouchers which doesn't even make up for the replacement tickets. Signed up for pre-sale for Balloon Story and the vouchers doesn't make up for the difference of the tickets, and no way I'm paying more booking fees due to cancellation by the organizer. I was also charged without approval while checking out the price of the new dates. very disappointed.

Very bad experience, strongly not recommend to use this app to purchase ticket, I rescheduled my previous booking and try to use the voucher issued by fever to rebook but keep fail. Try all steps in email support, call the support and even chat with support they keep saying they will check with their support. Try even 3 different credit cards on multiple days all cannot go through as well. And the voucher has expiry date as well.

The Candlelight Concert is truly an amazing experience. The acoustics of Katy Depot made for such and amazing experience. I didn't expect the sound. To be so full and filling. I'm buying tickets for the Valentines concert now. If you are considering going to a show and on the fence, just do it. You won't regret it. Truly beautiful how 4 string instruments, non amplified, can have such a full sound. The Musicians all did an amazing job.
