I had the worst experience buying tickets online. I wanted 2 tickets for 7:30 and was getting a 30% discount but accidentally chose 12 p.m. I tried to switch the time but accidentally chose 1 ticket. Had to buy another ticket without fixing the 1st because I couldn't get help in time the show was the next day. After 3 days of emailing, found out the terms and conditions say no refunds for any reason. So if you make my mistake you don't get help to fix it or get the discount at for right time.

Will not be using this app again and don't recommend. Purchased tickets to an event to bring my child and needed to change the time. In the email confirmation, I could change the time but it kept saying I needed to pay more even though it was the same price. I contacted CS and said they'd have someone contact me. The response was they cannot change it. When clicked the same link to change the time again it was blocked! I contacted them again and got the same automated response. utter trash

When purchasing tickets through,I clicked on Saturday, but because there were no available times, the site defaulted to Sunday without making it obvious. It was very easy to miss, and I ended up buying tickets for the wrong day. First, I was told they could not refund me. Then I was told they could offer a partial refund for half the amount, which I was willing to accept. Later, I received another email saying they could not offer any refund at all.The entire process was confusing & inconsistent
