Ratings and reviews

Watch your checkout on any Fever event carefully. Their booking system slips extras into your cart if you aren't paying close attention. I went three rounds with their AI support trying to get it corrected, and the human they finally assigned was even less helpful. It was never fixed and I eventually gave up, which I guess was their intent. I'm sure their AI bot is going to respond telling me to contact their customer service (good luck with that) or that they hope to see me again...

The app works and I cannot complain about the events. they are great. The customer service for this company is absolutely atrocious though. Buyer beware. I had to cancel an event because of unexpected changes in plans. I already had another ticket for a different night to the same event. All I asked for was a refund and all they would offer is a voucher to get different tickets for the same event. They had an opportunity for a great customer service moment and they blew it.

The APP itself works the issue is their ticket policy, it's too rigid and no space for understanding. You have to buy tickets for time slots. I bought 6 tickets, because life happens 1 person is going to be 10 - 15 mins late. I asked if it's possible to move our time to a time slot that would allow my friend to attend. Their policy will not allow any changes. My guess is that they want people to buy the upgraded tickets that do not have time restrictions. Be wary when picking time slots.
