I did not receive a purchase confirmation of my tickets at all, therefore I tried buying them again, this time I received a confirmation. Apparently I paid twice! You can't check your tickets or account information on their website, so due to a mistake in their system, I now have double the amount of tickets (only accessible through their app) and paid twice. Please help me to have one of these purchases refunded.

The APP itself works the issue is their ticket policy, it's too rigid and no space for understanding. You have to buy tickets for time slots. I bought 6 tickets, because life happens 1 person is going to be 10 - 15 mins late. I asked if it's possible to move our time to a time slot that would allow my friend to attend. Their policy will not allow any changes. My guess is that they want people to buy the upgraded tickets that do not have time restrictions. Be wary when picking time slots.

The most appalling customer service ever - all AI They don't answer your questions properly, say they'll get back to you and don't and when things get complicated, they just ghost you on the live chat. We requested a refund, due to change of schedules, as the event website said this was allowed, only to be denied the refund for no reason. When they then gave us vouchers to change dates, they didn't include the parking pass we paid for and claimed it had been refunded when it hadn't been.
