Ratings and reviews

The "Get It" button is located in the way that if you try to scroll down, you make instant purchase. DO NOT add your payment information to the app. I accidentally made a purchase of €155 trying to scroll down, and nobody wants to assist. Contacted them immediately. Customer service claims that since the event is not refundable, I am now stuck with the tickets without anyway to get a refund. Deleting the app.

Had to download the app to change the time of my tickets, now stuck using the app - can't view tickets online, didn't get a new email, etc, no option to convert to PDF or anything. Transferred tickets also lock your mates into using the app - they don't get email copies, can't see them on the website, can't convert etc. So yeah, Fever will force you one way or another into signing up and using the app, then hold you hostage there. btw, all their replies to Reviews are just using ChatGPT.

Horrible experience with this app! Booked tickets and immediately needed to cancel (within 45mins of purchase) due to a family emergency, and they absolutely wouldn't do it! I understand policy, but if this company is hurting for 200 bucks and cant refund it, what a shame. They did say they could give me a "voucher" for another experience, but not a refund. 1, I was in this state for leave, and wasnt returning for a while, and 2, that event wasnt going to be going on much longer.
