Still hasn't improved in the last year and I find super unhelpful that you can't filter by location and date at the same time... Either you spend hours browsing everything that's in London, or you pick a date and type of event but end up getting excited about stuff that's actually on the other side of the country! Please do something about it Devs!! Ridiculous that vouchers and gift cards do not count towards booking fee and they charge you extra for it. Very limited choice of events/locations.

First of all, I did not want this app, I have limited space on my phone, but I am forced into having it to access tickets. Why can't I just download tickets from an email like every other organiser does. Then, very frustrating attempting to input the verification code - half the screen is covered up by "verify" so you cannot see that you are typing or what you are typing, so three goes to get in, it doesn't bode well for the app

What a lot of confusing nonsense. App took far too long to install and then requires further information. It takes up too much space. All completely unnecessary. There is no need to set up an account. You need to simplify it. Stop getting carried away with all the tech nonsense. Tickets should be very easily downloaded/viewable. Sort it out. Review equals zero stars.
