Ratings and reviews

Use this app with extreme caution. I spent $120 on an online ticket, but the date was incorrect. Fever only provides an email contact, no phone number. They said they can't refund but offered a credit instead.(there is no clear email chain about how your money was handled , nor in the app). After a month, when I tried to use the credit, no record was found. I emailed them, and they responded that the money is gone. I want to complain, but they have no registered address in Australia.

We arrived at the event and were told it was cheaper to get tickets online. it was but only because the in person ticket prices were higher and still had fees. So we bought tickets online in front of the person. (How stupid is that!) Buying the tickets online was extremely frustrating as you also had to download and sign up for an app all to be able to scan the tickets. I immediately deleted the app after the event because it is useless to me.

Generally a good app with some good deals but I don't like how vouchers for buying cinema tickets stay in the active section of your tickets even when used, with absolutely 0 indication that they've been used already. I once bought a cinema ticket that I didn't end up using for a while and didn't remember if I had used it already, so I tried using it to buy a ticket. Code didn't work, and that was the only way I found out that I had already used it. So dumb, such a basic thing to fix in their UI
