Considered rescheduling my ticket so I clicked on the exchange ticket function. Realised the price of the tickets increased so I didn't want to exchange anymore, but the ticket was cancelled without any confirmation or selection of another ticket. The app just cancelled the ticket immediately and I ended up having to pay more even with the "exchange voucher" they provided. Please put in place a system where you only cancel the original ticket after you purchase a different one. Disappointing.

Customer Service was unbelievably! Did not try to comprehend the issue when I reached out, and after several emails, keeps getting pushed around to diff personnels. ONLY 1 (Alfian) TRULY understood and TRIED to help. But after MORE than 17 emails back and forth, was told by (Jesset) that their team had checked and all is 'working properly from their end'. Was told to try all the listed 8 steps again (I've tried 3x) and issue not from their end for an error message I received?! All for 1 event!

Horrible experience with this app! Booked tickets and immediately needed to cancel (within 45mins of purchase) due to a family emergency, and they absolutely wouldn't do it! I understand policy, but if this company is hurting for 200 bucks and cant refund it, what a shame. They did say they could give me a "voucher" for another experience, but not a refund. 1, I was in this state for leave, and wasnt returning for a while, and 2, that event wasnt going to be going on much longer.
