I downloaded the app to contact customer support to switch my ticket date. The customer service agent was quick and nice, but I felt very misled in getting the "same value as my initial tickets" as they claimed. I agreed to it and got less back. What they don't mention is you've paid a "booking fee" which you don't get back. Now I have to pay ANOTHER booking fee for the same event on a different day. That's more than a whole extra ticket. Scammy. Deleting after this event. Avoid if you can!

Downloaded the app a while back in the hopes of purchasing for future concerts and shows. Today for the first time tried to purchase tickets. I've been trying to do so for 2 hours and their system isn't working! ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. It takes forever to try and get troubleshooting everything email and takes time. Not the app you want to use when buying tickets in a hurry for a show that's selling out! I ended up buying my tickets elsewhere and with a discount in a couple of minutes!

We purchased tickets based on the setlist. The setlist remained the same as the show started. We were invited by the Fever ataff to scan the barcode and follow along with the program. But as soon as it started, they completely changed everything. Then after the show, they quickly updated the setlist. It was a very sneaky change, felt like a bait and switch. And the response we got was too bad, so sad. We've been to many Fever events and spent lots of money. After this experience, we wont return
