Horrible experience! I ordered 3 tickets for the Royal Canadian Circus - Newmarket 3 days ahead of the performance. When I checked the event one day later, the ticket price dropped 10 dollars. Because I purchased the tickets one day earlier, I paid 30 dollars more in total. Moreover, fever app's refunding process is like a scam, because it cannot refund fully to the original payment method. It can only issue a voucher refund that can only be used once on fever app. Horrible experience!

The APP itself works the issue is their ticket policy, it's too rigid and no space for understanding. You have to buy tickets for time slots. I bought 6 tickets, because life happens 1 person is going to be 10 - 15 mins late. I asked if it's possible to move our time to a time slot that would allow my friend to attend. Their policy will not allow any changes. My guess is that they want people to buy the upgraded tickets that do not have time restrictions. Be wary when picking time slots.

I had the worst experience buying tickets online. I wanted 2 tickets for 7:30 and was getting a 30% discount but accidentally chose 12 p.m. I tried to switch the time but accidentally chose 1 ticket. Had to buy another ticket without fixing the 1st because I couldn't get help in time the show was the next day. After 3 days of emailing, found out the terms and conditions say no refunds for any reason. So if you make my mistake you don't get help to fix it or get the discount at for right time.
