Will not be using this app again and don't recommend. Purchased tickets to an event to bring my child and needed to change the time. In the email confirmation, I could change the time but it kept saying I needed to pay more even though it was the same price. I contacted CS and said they'd have someone contact me. The response was they cannot change it. When clicked the same link to change the time again it was blocked! I contacted them again and got the same automated response. utter trash

When purchasing tickets through,I clicked on Saturday, but because there were no available times, the site defaulted to Sunday without making it obvious. It was very easy to miss, and I ended up buying tickets for the wrong day. First, I was told they could not refund me. Then I was told they could offer a partial refund for half the amount, which I was willing to accept. Later, I received another email saying they could not offer any refund at all.The entire process was confusing & inconsistent

Worst experience I've had with an app when trying to purchase tickets. I don't know why Formula E moved from their own purchase process over to this but it doesn't work. 1) If you select a ticket it takes you straight to basket, you have to click back on the basket to be able to select a 2nd ticket. 2) When go to buy, if you're requested to approve payment, and because bank apps take over the screen fever will think you've left and break the purch process. 3) No reply from support live chat.
