Ratings and reviews

Very poor support. I bought an extra ticket by mistake and asked to return/ refund it. As a result they cancelled (their mistake) all my tickets, which I learned about on the day at the door. I had to purchase new tickets. The worse thing was they refused to refund the tickets they cancelled claiming it was a change done by me. The support was automated and it was impossible for them to engage with the substance of the problem their created. They kept sending me generic, templates responses. 😞

Booked 2 drone show tickets via Fever for £60. Event was cancelled last minute and only vouchers were offered instead of a refund, even getting those took multiple emails as they weren’t in my account initially. Rebooking then cost me an extra £17.80 due to price increases, only for the event to be cancelled again with no explanation. I only received the £60 back after threatening a chargeback and had to chase again for the rebook cost. Very frustrating experience overall, would NOT recommend.

Worst experience I've had with an app when trying to purchase tickets. I don't know why Formula E moved from their own purchase process over to this but it doesn't work. 1) If you select a ticket it takes you straight to basket, you have to click back on the basket to be able to select a 2nd ticket. 2) When go to buy, if you're requested to approve payment, and because bank apps take over the screen fever will think you've left and break the purch process. 3) No reply from support live chat.
