별 하나도 아까움!! 홍보 띄울시간에 시스템 개발이나 제대로 해요!! 상담원 교육 똑바로 시키세요. 자기가 고객 말길도 못알아듣더니 소리지르지말라니...?!! 사이트 로그인구조도 엉망이고.. 전화번호로 로그인 통합이 되든지해야지. 다른 계정으로 로그인되게 만들고 티케팅 확인도 안되네요? 티켓팅 피드백도 엉망이예요. 어떤 전화, 메세지 연락도 없고... 다신 이용하고싶지않네요!! 모바일 기반으로 다 하는데 메일 띡 보내고 말아요?? 상담원이 친절하길하나.. 기분좋게 공연관람하려고 했는데.. 완전 엉망!!! 비추예요!! 괜히 여기로 예약했다가 기분 상하지마세요.
