Every time I try to open the app it says I need to check for updates. There aren't any updates!!! I got a message saying I've got charges denied to my card because of NSF and I can't get into my account to see what's happening. We have 2 accounts with FFB and I can't get into any of them.

I am finding I lost the function Pay a Bill from the app and most time after hours I cannot successfully transfer money between accounts. I can pay bills if I go to the website just not the app when a few days earlier e I could. my account is registered as Paul Tompkins.

Terrible all the non sense for a tap to pay then the app is down for 4 days to update and completely screw everything up. can't make mobile deposits direct deposits don't show immediately dosent update like it's supposed. may switch banks due to this.
