About this app

Yellow Cab of Augusta has developed an easy ordering app specifically for Fort Gordon soldiers. The app allows passengers to book and manage their own reservations with their Android device. The app was created to make it easier for the soldiers of Fort Gordon to order and track their Taxis without having to call. It was designed with Ease of use in mind. We Support our Troops.

Features
- Register within the app
You can register and Login within the app itself. If you already have signed up at http://www.yellowcabofaugusta.com, you can use that account also.

- Place Orders
You can order a taxi for immediate pickup or for a pickup on a later date and time. We’ve made it easy by having the most common Pick-Ups/Destinations on and off Fort Gordon. The on Base common Pick-Up Locations include: Cab Stands, Medical facilities, Restaurants, Buildings #’s, Barracks, Etc. We’ve also put the off base locations for Augusta and surrounding areas that are most frequented by the soldiers as well. If the One Click locations are not where you are at, you can also use the “Other” feature and input the address or building number you are located it at. Once your order is in you get a confirmation number and can see your order details. You can specify the number of passengers and callback number in case driver needs to call you when he arrives at the pickup location. If your order is not correct you can go back or cancel your order from that screen as well.

- Existing Orders
You can see your upcoming orders on the screen. Once your order is in you can do numerous things with your order. You can Cancel, see the Cab Assigned, Request ETA (once a cab is assigned to you), or let us know if you are picked up by a cab different then was assigned by hitting the “I’m in Cab” button.

We’ve included a “Feedback” button where you can suggest improvements, ideas or errors that need to be corrected. We appreciate your feedback. It is very important to us so that we may improve your user experience.
