Ratings and reviews

Catalogue is great, however this app is really glitchy. It lags terribly, especially when trying to view items. Today it is even worse and unable to view any items. When it works, it makes ordering and returning items easy, keeping track of account is great, and fingerprint log in is great too. It just needs fixing!

Can no longer pay on the app. Now I get blockers so have to go to the website. The app also doesn't always open the items & images. Very frustrating

Been with Grattan since I was 20 years old and now I'm 63 years old and I still love buying from this Company they may have been bought out or whatever but the service is great .the offers are great and well the clothes what can i say I have never sent anything back because it's shabby or not well made in fact I tend to buy most of my clothes nowadays from Grattan.
