They Have a New App! For those of you who have had problems with this app like I have - I have never been able to view view my transactions or see all of my accounts. This app was last updated in March 2015. While I was looking to see if this app needed to be updated I noticed that and one other thing - First United has another app. The other app is First United Mobile and it was last updated in June of 2016. I would suggest uninstalling this app and moving on to their newest app, which is what I am doing now.
Messed up I use alot but all of the sudden says it must use Internet connection to use it. I still have data and everything so why isn't it working? Reinstall doesn't work.
You think they would fix this app. The app would be great if it worked right. I have never been able to see my transactions. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but always getting an error. This has been going on for many months also.
Inferior I receive error messages when trying to transfer funds. I updated the app and now it's asking for my email address, but when I enter it and tap "Submit"? Error message. I wish First American Bank hadn't merged with First United; FAB's app actually worked. Even an employee told me that the app was "glitchy" when I asked what the cap was for ePic check deposits, since it seems to have lowered from the FAB limit. I'm definitely considering changing banks.
It keeps saying that my ID and password is wrong. I'm typing everything in correctly. I use this app all the time. Buy now I can't. Please fix....
Bugggssss I would give five stars. But suddenly I'm not able to see my transactions. I've uninstalled and re downloaded and it still doesn't work. Fix please.
