Great app! I had an issue with "inactive account" also. You need to login to website, click "Mobile Settings" tab at top of page, near the bottom is a little box you check to "Enable" account. This should activate the mobile app.
It says that my account is inactive, I'm sure it's not and signed up for online banking. This app needs alot of work.
It says my account is inactive but I'm able to get on my online banking. It would be nice to use, I hear great things about this app when it works. It would awesome if this get fixed!
I like the app but I can't see my account balance on the My Accounts page. It just goes to a blank page.
I could login and check the balance of my account but it won't let me take a picture of my checks to deposit them.
Cannot even get this to allow access to my account. Have been working with someone via email with no real help, it seems. I just want to be able to check my balances but cannot even get the thing to let me log in.
