Very slow transaction updating My card transactions don't show up for several days. I'll probably be switching to a bank that can keep up with regular use and doesn't wait half a week before they can tell me what I have in my account. I also haven't been able to check my balance through the customer service number on my card.
Time to find new coders. This app is awful. It's slow in loading up (it's taken up to one minute to do the "quick" access for my account. It's taken up to 5 days (at most) for some purchases to show up in my account, where it's taken mere seconds with my other account elsewhere. I was informed I would have to download a different app just to have quicker account updates, but have yet to find that MIRACLE app that apparently works the way this one should. I'm borderline set to take my money to another bank because of something like this. With technology the way it is today, there's no reason this app should run like it's 15 years old and running on a 28k modem. Fix this garbage app!
Does not work at all, on Samsung S7. Very disappointing, as I used to use it regularly.
It works The design is a bit old, but it has always worked for me. I do not use it a lot, about once a month just to verify a balance.
Mobile Check Deposit Broken No matter how many different ways I try it, or how long I leave the camera focussed it will not take the picture. There is no manual capture button either.
