The Honesdale National Bank strives to provide the highest quality “Mobile Banking Service” (Service) available. Mobile Banking is offered as a convenience and supplemental service to our Online Banking services. It is not intended to replace access to Online Banking from your personal computer or other methods you use for managing your accounts and services with us. Mobile Banking allows you to access your Honesdale National Bank account information, use bill pay, and transfer funds between your accounts.

“Account(s)” means your eligible Honesdale National Bank checking, savings, loan, certificate of deposit or safe deposit box information and other, Honesdale National Bank products that can be accessed through the Mobile Banking Service.

HNB Mobile Banking is a FREE service that allows you to access your accounts anytime, from anywhere, using your mobile device.

Used to work, it was simple and easy to use. App is now broken. Won't load or log me in. Deleted and reinstalled twice. I'm calling customer service today. Edit, two weeks and app still broken. Customer service was nice and responsive. They know about the problem, but can't fix. As of 5/24/22 still no fix, I give up

The only way I'm able to access my bank account is to do the thumbprint, every single time I try to transfer stuff into my checkings to my savings it reboots me every single time I click a number. I don't know about anybody else but this is the way that I manage my bank account, I really hope they fix this because I don't want to change Banks and I enjoyed this app before this update. 06/03/2022

Not everything was visible it was cut off so I couldn't see the whole question in the questions part, and there is long delays showing a blank white screen it clicked on things I could not see near the end.
