Stay away from this app, if you're trying to do electronic transfer like I am you cannot use mobile banking through this even the administrators from the branch that I bank from could not figure it out. For contacts I'm through Citizens Bank but this is misleading

Why am I having a hard time installing this app? I uninstalled plenty of apps that I use almost daily and somehow after you see percentage going higher gives you the idea it will be installed and then nothing. Not fair, Citizen Bank folks. If it wasn't for Zelle, I could have care less, but the bank app is needed badly.
